An inclusive activity accessible to all, fencing is one of the few combat activities that allow an intense confrontation, safely and without brutality. The weapon, the foil or the sword, reduces the balance of power between the students and the identical outfit to all offers a neutral starting point. The mask allows a more anonymous practice that promotes the emergence of new behaviors.
Fencing has strong educational values that are fully in line with those carried by society and the school that make this sport a popular activity and that offers an educational perspective conducive to the physical and personal development and development of everyone : Overcome one’s apprehension of the other in a confrontational situation, adapt one’s motor response according to the action of one’s opponent, respect rules and enforce them, learn rich specific motor coordinations, develop strategies to make one’s action effective.

A sport in popularity among young audiences, floorball is a variation of hockey inside the gym, combining skill, speed and endurance. Two teams of players compete in a cunning and creative way, avoiding injuries, with one goal – to have fun and enjoy team sport.
Extracurricular soccer will make it possible to develop and acquire specific technical skills and behaviors, develop the knowledge and skills necessary to manage one’s physical life, and be open to a recognized and growing social phenomenon in Canada. All this is transmitted through play and at the child’s own pace.
