It is with great sadness that we learned of the death of our colleague Nadège Gourrat this week.

Nadège was an educator in Grande Section. She would have been 51 years old in a few days and had been fighting with courage for many months against the disease.

For more than 15 years, Nadège was recognized and appreciated by her colleagues as well as by the students for her commitment and involvement in the school.

We would like to thank all the families who contacted us to pay their respects to Nadège. To this end, a tribute book has been created to allow colleagues, families, students and alumni to share their thoughts, anecdotes, memories or photos. This book will then be given to Nadège’s family.

In addition, in support of her only daughter, the Claudelene community has mobilized to set up a fundraiser that will help ease the burden in the coming months.
