Criteria and procedures

In French educational institutions abroad, families must pay school fees for their children. In view of the cost of schooling, the public authorities have set up an aid scheme in the form of grants (Articles D531-45 to D531-51 of the Education Code).

Conditions of access

The session of the 2025-2026 scholarship campaign is open : (updated on January 24, 2025)

The scholarship program is open to children of French nationality, registered in the consular register and enrolled in one of the AEFE’s approved schools.

Applications are due by Monday, February 24, 2025.
